KENTUCKY SUGAR COOKIES Cream together: 1 cup butter and 2/3 cup sugar Beat in: 1 egg Add: 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2-1/2 cups sifted, all-purpose flour Mix all ingredients until well blended.
