Yes, it’s crazy but it’s true! 20,000 pins of historic dress on Pinterest is a great excuse for a reader giveaway!
Some of you are probably thinking…when does this woman have time to write books or feed her family?
Well, I’m not a TWEETheart. I rarely read the Facebook feed. I only watch one TV show. I use Pinterest like dessert on breaks. But when I do pin I pin voraciously ~ with a joyous vengeance! Or maybe I should say with abandon!
I thought it would be fun to start 2014 with a giveaway celebrating with you and friend/fellow writer, Casey Herringshaw. The winner will have her pick of any item in Casey’s wonderful Etsy store. There are some very pretty items there ready to be boxed up and sent to you post haste! Winner announced here 1/15.
Here’s a picture of Casey and myself and our mutual dear friend, Pepper, at a book venue a couple of years ago…
And here’s Casey all by her lovely self…
She has a great, Christ-centered blog(s) if you’d like to visit ~ CASEY
It’s wonderful to start another year with friends. Heartfelt thanks to you for reading my books and spending time with me here. I couldn’t do it without you!
Praying/hoping/expecting 2014 will be filled with more blessed books and bountiful historic dress pins!
If you’d like to enter the drawing, please leave a comment. Do you have a favorite era of historic dress and why? I’d love to know…
Happy January!
