Some of you requested the pasta salad recipe I posted about in the August Joy’s post. Here ’tis…
Here’s our favorite peach cobbler recipe, too. So easy but so delicious! And now that summer is ebbing, you can use canned peaches, too.
Happy cooking/baking/dining!
Good morning, Laura!!
Well, you certainly whet my appetite!! Thanks for the recipes!! Nothing like a Kentucky kitchen – for sure!!
Hope you’re enjoying the time with your visiting family members and that your week has been all that you wanted it to be!! Thanks again for the blessing and inspiration of your beautiful writing- so joyfully anticipating info on the next release!! Prayers for your writing!!
Love and hugs!!
Dear Bonnie, My apologies to you and others here for the late reply! I so appreciate your words about my books/writing. I should have a new title and cover to share soon (well, after the holidays, anyway). Thanks so much for the joy of your presence!
Mmmmmm yummmy! Peach cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I’ll have to try your recipe. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Renee, I’m thinking of whipping this up and watching Unconquered! I’ll think of you when we eat and watch:) Hugs to you!
Sounds like a great plan. Hope you enjoyed the movie. 🙂
P.S. Are you friends with the Doctor? It seems like your comments section has time traveled to November! Lol!
Thank you!! My mouth is watering. Eastern peaches are mostly out of season but I bet I can find a mess for a yummy cobbler. 🙂
Amy, I so hope you like this. It’s crazy easy but crazy good:)
Two quart baking dish? What??? Where’s my Kentucky gal’s mind? It’s supposed to be a cast iron skillet! Love ya anyway. 🙂
LOL, dear Gin!! You’re SO right:) Hugs to you, my friend. I sure miss you!
Ummmm, do you do take-out?
LOL, my friend:) Sounds good to me!
I KNEW it!!
Another time warp!!!
Hellllllllllp meeeeeeeeee!!!
LOL, We’re currently trapped between the Canadian Thanksgiving and ours here in the US;) What a strange webworld we live in! I was just talking to my internet provider at church yesterday about this. Glad you can leave comments anyway though it is still way, way out there!
Now, get thee to Facebook, if you please, and help me think of a new title, o creative one!
Hmmm, I left some silly ones, but methinks I need more details…
NO sillies allowed ;). Yours made me laugh, always a welcome thing, and a couple of yours could be tweaked so that they just might work!
Counting down with you till you fly away, too!
I know I was ZERO help, but I had Thanksgiving dinner on the brain…give some time and I can ponder for real.
I’m actually getting excited about Thanksgiving! I’d love to learn what you do for it in your neck of the woods! Though you’re probably packing in between!
I made the peach cobbler. Yum! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It really was so easy.
So glad you liked the cobbler, Lori! It’s sure a fav at our house:)
