Special thanks to my marketing director and Revell for this beautiful pre-release banner. I especially like the lovely font, the touch of pink, and the lace border. And I even spy Tall Acre’s chimneys in the background. The art team truly captured the look and spirit of my heroine. I can’t wait for you to meet her!
Only 73 more days now…
73??!? Well that’s less than 74!!!!
I can hardly wait!!!!!!!!
72!!!
See how good I am at math?
You are WAY better than me, my friend!!
Beautiful banner. So excited about the release and know it will not disappoint.
ASIDE: I’ve been praying for you and your family daily in regards to your cross-country move. Hope the transition has gone smoothly and you’re getting settled in.
Dear Amy, So happy to see you here! Your gracious words are just what I need this day as I begin work again. Your prayers have been answered in HUGE ways. We have finished unpacking the last box and things are beginning to feel like home. Knowing you prayed for us daily means so much to me. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I pray for you, too, and hope your summer has been full of more ups than downs!
Am gearing up for the release of Mistress. Am working on a post to share a bit behind the story. It’s so good to be back online and celebrate the joy of another book for you. I’d love to know your thoughts when you finish reading!
Dear Laura, can’t wait to meet this lovely heroine! And thank you for giving us a 400 page story to sink our teeth into!!! Love the anticipation…..
So happy to see you are settling into your new KY cabin! Would love to see more pics when you are ready. 🙂 🙂
Georgianne, I can’t tell you the delight I feel having you at Instagram:) AND wanting to read Mistress! I have been working on a KY post with more pics to share here soon and will try to add in some you haven’t seen! I am enjoying being home again more than I can say. What a joy it is waking up in my wee cabin every day atop my hill. I guess I’m a bonafide hillbilly now!
It’s beautiful, Laura!
I have to wait 73 more days for your book? Well, reading it will be the perfect way to begin September. I so look forward to getting lost in your stories!
Blessings!
I’m smiling as you have to wait for Mistress but I DO NOT have to wait for your beautiful book! Thanks so much for that! The cover suits the story so very well and is my fav so far which is saying a lot as they’re all unique and really pop:) Back soon!
Yay! So good to see your name on my screen. I thought you had your nose to the grindstone in the Kentucky hills all summer. The banner is beautiful and it is exciting to have the author’s endorsement that the details of the cover picture are true to the story. Can’t wait until September. I always pre-order your books but, sadly, that doesn’t make them get here any earlier. Have a wonderful rest of the summer. We are roasting here at 4,000 feet! NOT a normal weather year for us!! How is humidity in Kentuck?
Yes, nose still to the grindstone, dear Mary, but it’s wonderful to check in and see your comments!! A real spirit lifter:) I’m hoping to post some cabin pics soon. Bless you for being here even though I’m terribly tardy!
It’s beautiful, Laura – so anxious to revel in the masterful writing of a novel I know will be filled with elegant words, beautiful descriptions, heart-warming characters, amazing historical notes, majestic story line and glorious inspiration!!
Thrilled, beyond measure, that you’re back in Ky. and hoping the trip down was problem-free for your family and your mother, as well. Praying she is doing well, continued prayers for you and your family as you become acclimated and process all the changes/challenges/work involved with a cross-country move!!
Love & hugs!!
Dear Bonnie, You’ve been heavily on my mind and heart! Your gracious words are so appreciated, as always. One more week of company and then we are ready to settle in and share some pics of the cabin here. Bless you so much. Can’t wait to see you again:)
Love it Laura! I’m on an extended break from reading (shocking, I know!) as there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything else done. But I think I will need to bread my break just for your book! heehee. Praying you are well and the move goes smooth!
Eva, SO happy you are here even though I’m terribly late this summer break! I so agree there doesn’t seem to be enough time or hours, especially you dear moms with littles running around everywhere. Love and hugs to you and your beautiful brood! Given you have a mom’s heart, I think you will like this coming book very much:) At least I hope and pray so!
