Dear Judy,
Please pardon the delay in replying. I was traveling to our son's military graduation and am happy to say he is now at Fort Lee in your beautiful state! Not far from Richmond, if I'm not mistaken. And all that rich history, yes! Glad Noble is just as you pictured him - this really does embody his patriotic self:) Thank you for stopping here and making my day as I return to being online. Love your gracious spirit!

In reply to Meghan.

Love your imagination, Meghan! Now you see the real inspiration behind A Bound Heart :) In fact, I told my editors it could be a Scottish Christian version of Poldark though it's inspired by my great grandfather several times over (more on that in the author note)! Glad Libby and Noble ring true to you in TL with this visual. I think Emily B. is stunning - the blonde epitome of a British beauty or as Noble says early on in his understated way, "Pretty in a pale sort of way."

Thank you for your delightful comments!

I also pictured Caroline Penvenen as Liberty and Ross Poldark as Noble...I even pictured Dr. Dwight Ennis as Dr. Hessel! I was almost convinced you had taken inspiration from Poldark on this one. Now that I've seen Emily Berrington as Libby and this chap in the visual as Noble, I much prefer them, all truth be told!!

I keep visualizing Libby as the exquisitely beautiful actress who plays Caroline Penvenen from the Poldark series. Maybe because both of them experienced reduced circumstances?

In reply to Carissa Miller.

So glad it helps flesh out Noble's character, Carissa. I'm often asked what my heroes look like but really struggle as I know everyone has framed him in their own imagination! I do think the whiskered pic of him is my fave. :) He looks like a "I've been up all night thinking about Liberty, both figuratively and literally"!
