Such an odd winter! Amazing about your son. This time last year we were digging out from almost 2 feet of snow! What a difference a year makes (or even a day). Yes, this soup is quite good and I’ve even added mini ravioli as opposed to tortellini. But it would be equally good without, just paired with a delectable grilled cheese. Can you tell I’m a foodie?!
