I’ve always been enchanted with snow globes. Though I’ve looked for a long time, a snow globe with a log cabin has eluded me. But one with a Scottish castle and heroine might do!
Three more Tuesdays till A Bound Heart releases!
Favorite scene in the novel:
The firefly scene in chapter 26 . Or as we say in the south – lightning bugs:)

Our hero’s meeting with the Ashanti in chapter 29.

Can’t wait for you to meet these characters.Counting down with you!

Oh, huge thanks! I can’t wait to take a look ๐ You’re so thoughtful, Pamela!
OHMYWORD! I cannot thank you enough! It’s just perfect and even plays one of my favorite Christmas songs ๐ I ordered it as I try to mark a book’s release with something special. Your kindness and savvy search mean more than I can say. Praying this holiday is extra special for you, too!
You are so welcome. I love snow globes too and couldn’t resist seeing if I could find one.
Three more Tuesdays! And, Laura, your Bound Heart snow globe is beautiful!!! Wish they existed outside cyberspace. What a joy to learn of your favorite bits of your story. Always fun to know how the author is impacted by their story & characters. Will watch for those scenes. ๐
So pleased Pamela found you a cabin globe. Glad your delight has been triggered. Merry Christmas!
Yes, Pam saved the day ๐ and my snow globe arrives by Monday! A wonderful way to celebrate a book’s release. I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying the Scotland calendar you sent me. The music, the games and animation, and all the rest is so delightful and reminds me of our trip there with Liz. Encore, encore! ๐
I’ll have to make a note of the specific references above when I finally get my hands on the book. Looking forward to discovering them myself. Thanks for sharing them with us.
I’m amazed Baker shipped the book out of Baker Book House already! In a funny twist, my mother-in-law rec’d her 2 pre-ordered copies last Saturday! Amazon usually wins the book race. I do believe she’s the first in the US to have them, no joke ๐ And I had nothing to do with it! How I wish I could sit down with you and have a cup of Christmas tea or coffee and talk books! I’m sure you have some good ones in your stack. I’m so blessed I’m on your reading radar, Amy!
Hi!
I just ordered my copy at Christian Book as it is in stock there! Thank you Laura for those scenes to look forward to! Blessings to you and yours this Christmas season! Enjoy that lovely snow globe! ๐
Iโll be sending a copy of your book to my dad whoโs recovering from knee surgery (finally got one knee done!) in the hospital. โค๏ธ
Can’t wait for the book. I also love snow globes. I have a small collection of 29 my mom got me one for Christmas ever since I was born till the year before she passed away.
Carissa, That is one of the loveliest traditions I’ve ever heard about. Such a beautiful thing for your mom to do and something you’ll always have that reflected her heart! There’s just something about snowglobes that seem magical to me even as an adult. Maybe that’s the childlike part of us that never goes away. Hugs and almost Merry Christmas to you!
