Judy, You’re such a blessing to me and I’m so thrilled you enjoy my books. I can’t say that enough!Can’t believe we’re up to 10. I was just talking to my Mom about how glad I am the Lord directed me away from public school teaching which was a poor fit for me though most of my kin are teachers. This book has got to be my favorite, although that’s what I thought of some of the others at the time I read them. Lark was a delight, beautiful on the inside as well as on the out. Magnus became my hero as his laird’s heart was revealed. And, I fell in love with wee Larkin from the moment I saw his picture, and felt I could just squeeze him as I read of his antics. I loved loved loved the beautiful love story as it unfolded. I’d give A Bound Heart ten stars if I could! I am thankful you chose to be God’s indentured servant for life. It is truly reflected in your writing. Thank you for responding to God’s call to write, His gift to you we all enjoy. Liberty and I oohed and ahhed. Sadly I can only enjoy the fact that I have it in my possession. In the past I have read debuts in small chunks as time permitted but this time I want to sit and savor it like I did so many winters ago when I met Morrow. It may be a few days before time allows me to sit still.
Reading through your list of heroes and heroines made me realize I need to get reacquainted with some. But my heart is always pulled back into dangerous territory with indians lurking about.
